HUB-ION2000-5U

Overview

　　The Shan Shui Optoelectronics ION2000-5U is a card-based, packet-switched OTN access device that leverages packet switching and OTN technology. Designed for central-office aggregation in IPRAN/OTN networks, it supports both ODUk and VC cross-connects, enabling seamless integration of customer services such as E1, FE, GE, 10GE, STM-1, STM-4, STM-16, STM-64, ODU0, ODU1, and ODU2. These services can be efficiently transmitted to the access bureau or integrated service access node via the OTN network. The device features an IrDI interface compliant with OTUk standards, facilitating interoperability between equipment from different vendors. It excels in aggregating, consolidating, and efficiently routing connected services. With its user-friendly configuration, compatibility with diverse bandwidth requirements, end-to-end network deployment capabilities, and carrier-grade protection features, the ION2000-5U also supports seamless integration with third-party network management platforms for centralized monitoring and control.

　　● Full-service access from 2M to 10G/10GE; interface types include: E1, FE, GE, 10GE, STM-1, STM-4, STM-16, STM-64, and other customer interfaces.

　　● Supports 60G high-level cross-connection, and supports 10G low-level cross-connection;

　　● Supports OUT0/1/2 optical interfaces; supports ODU0/1/2 cross-connection, with an ODUk cross-connection capacity of 160G.

　　Ethernet switching features are rich and versatile.

　　● Supports EPL, EVPL, EPLAN, EVPLAN, EPTREE, and EVPTREE services;

　　● Supports forwarding/filtering of Ethernet data frames and complies with the IEEE 802.1 protocol specifications;

　　● Supports single-board and cross-board Link Aggregation (LAG/D-LAG);

　　● Supports MPLS-TP processing capabilities, enabling service forwarding based on PW/LSP labels, and allowing customer-side signals to be mapped into PWs and LSPs.

　　● Supports flow classification based on PW/LSP labels and priorities, as well as a variety of QoS policies, including traffic policing and traffic shaping.
