Overview
The network management system adopts a BS (Browser-Server) architecture, enabling web-based access and usage. Integrated with Baidu Maps, it facilitates location-based management while supporting the simultaneous monitoring and management of thousands of network elements. The system enables remote door unlocking, real-time monitoring, and comprehensive remote management capabilities. It also provides robust support for real-time alerts and event logging, allowing users to view, store, query, analyze, and even receive SMS notifications for each alert. Additionally, the system features advanced user management, personnel management, and access control functionalities.
Key Features
● Map search: On the homepage, you can search for device names on the map to quickly locate the device. Additionally, the color of the device icon indicates whether the device has an alert: red means there’s an alert, while green signifies no alert.
● Equipment Management: Add the newly installed devices and locks to the network management system, and configure their parameters. You can also query the device’s basic details, including the device name, device ID, and the SIM card number assigned to the device, as well as its parameter information and real-time status. Through the real-time status, you can check whether the bottom enclosure is securely closed.
● Ticket Management: Maintenance personnel can be dispatched with work orders based on fault information. The maintenance team then uses these work orders to troubleshoot the exact failure points, with dispatch decisions tailored according to factors like geographic location and the specific maintenance unit responsible.
● Authorization Management: Authorize the "Door Opening Request."
● Remote door opening: When management receives a door-opening request, they execute a remote unlocking command through the management platform. Maintenance personnel can then press the wake-up button on the lock mechanism to unlock it and open the box door.
● Door opening record: Record the time of each door opening and the person who opened it.
● Decentralization and domain separation: Assign the corresponding management domains and operation permissions to maintenance personnel.
● Alert Management: Query the device's current and historical alarms.
