On the afternoon of November 19, the Jiangxi Provincial Tax Bureau held a tax symposium specifically for private enterprises. The event invited representatives from 10 private companies across the province to directly discuss the challenges and needs faced by private-sector taxpayers in their daily business operations. Xiao Guangwei, Chairman and General Manager of our company, attended as the sole representative from Jiujiang City’s private sector and shared his insights and suggestions during the meeting.
At the symposium, General Manager Xiao proposed seven key recommendations: expanding the scope of VAT credit deductions, further reducing tax-related review procedures, broadening the range of tax-related filing requirements, and enhancing the value of taxpayers with an A-level tax credit rating. Meanwhile, attendees—representing private enterprises facing common challenges such as difficulties and high costs in securing financing, rising operational expenses, and declining profit margins—voiced their concerns and put forward suggestions aimed at improving tax services and ensuring the effective implementation of tax incentives. Tax officials were on hand to respond directly, providing detailed explanations of relevant regulations and policies.
Deputy Director Huang Zhengxun, representing the Provincial Tax Bureau, expressed heartfelt gratitude to private enterprise taxpayers for their ongoing support, understanding, and dedication to tax-related efforts. He emphasized that the challenges faced by private enterprises also represent the key areas where tax authorities must focus their efforts. To help businesses navigate developmental hurdles, address operational issues, and alleviate growing concerns, the tax department will collaborate with companies in three critical areas:
First, fully implementing tax reduction policies to ensure private enterprises benefit more significantly from these incentives.
Second, optimizing the tax-related business environment to make tax compliance simpler and more convenient for private firms.
Third, continuously refining our work style to create an even better ecosystem for private enterprise growth.
Additionally, we are committed to further improving our service approach and enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality support to taxpayers.
