PON Aggregation and Long-Haul Solution

With the implementation of national strategies like "Internet+" and others, IT infrastructure development is becoming increasingly critical, placing higher demands on home broadband networks for faster speeds and greater bandwidth. This, in turn, necessitates that FTTH solutions deliver high-speed, high-capacity performance while enabling deep, comprehensive fiber-optic coverage—extending fiber all the way to buildings and even individual homes. To achieve this level of deep coverage, however, requires a significant expansion of both pipeline and fiber resources. The centralized deployment of OLT equipment further strains existing fiber capacity. To address this challenge, Shan Shui Optoelectronics' PON aggregation and remote extension devices offer an effective solution for providing full OLT coverage over long distances. The Shan Shui Optoelectronics MSAP series inherits all the technical features of traditional MSTP equipment, enabling the flexible and complex construction of robust networks. This solution swiftly resolves the issue of insufficient SDH transport resources while delivering cost-effectiveness, high efficiency, and proven reliability. The MSAP dedicated-line access network solution supports simultaneous "dual-plane" integration of both TDM and packet-based services, seamlessly adapting to either SDH/MSTP-based or IP/PTN metro-area network backbones. On the line side, it provides high-speed interfaces such as STM1/4/16 and FE/GE, ensuring scalable business bandwidth and enhanced flexibility for network expansion.
